Hamburger Noodle Cheese Casserole Recipes
Hamburger, noodles and cheese! These are three great tastes that go well together to make for

Cheesy Beef Casserole
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp minced onion
- 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- dash pepper
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup cream-style cottage cheese
- 3 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup cooked carrots, sliced
- 4 oz noodles, cooked and drained.
- grated cheddar cheese
Directions
- 1. Brown ground beef; add onions and saute. Drain.
- 2. Put ground beef and onion mixture back in pan. Add tomato sauce, salt, and pepper; simmer,
uncovered, 5 minutes or until thickened.
- 3. In a bowl, combine sour cream, cottage cheese, parsley, and carrots.
- 4. Gently stir in cooked noodles (into cheese mixture).
- 5. In greased baking dish, layer half the meat mixture, half the cottage cheese mixture,
half the meat mixture, and finish with half the cottage cheese mixture.
- 6. Top with grated cheese and bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly.
Hamburger-Cheese Bake
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 8-oz cans tomato sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 4 cups uncooked medium noodles
- 1 cup cream-style cottage cheese
- 1 8-oz package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup dairy sour cream
- 1/3 cup sliced green onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions
- 1. In large skillet, cook meat and onion until meat is lightly browned and onion is tender. Drain.
- 2. Stir in tomato sauce, sugar, salt, garlic salt and pepper.
- 3. Remove from heat.
- 4. Meanwhile, cook noodles according package directions; drain.
- 5. Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, green onion, and green pepper.
- 6. Spread half the noodles in 11 x 7 x 1 1/2 inch baking pan.
- 7. Top with a little of the meat sauce.
- 8. Add remaining noodles and meat sauce.
- 9. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- 10. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
Beefy Macaroni Bake
Ingredients
- 1 pkg (7 oz) noodles
- 3/4 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 can (4 oz) tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup dry white wine or canned beef broth
- 1 tsp salt (reduce to 1/2 tsp if broth is used)
- 6 oz Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 eggs, beaten
Directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- 2. Cook macaroni as directed on package; drain.
- 3. Meanwhile, cook and stir beef and onion in heavy skillet until beef is brown; drain off fat.
- 4. Stir tomato sauce, wine or beef broth and salt into beef-onion mixture. Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Simmer uncovered until liquid is almost absorbed.
- 5. Spread half macaroni in greased baking dish, 8 x 8 x 2 inches. Cover with beef mixture.
Mix 1/4 cup cheese and nutmeg; sprinkle over beef. Add remaining macaroni.
- 6. Cook and stir milk and butter in 2 qt saucepan until butter is melted. Remove from heat. Stir at least half of the milk mixture gradually into beaten eggs.
Stir milk-egg mixture back into hot milk mixture in pan; spoon over macaroni. Sprinkle with
remaining grated cheese.
- 7. Bake uncovered, 30 to 35 minutes.
Meat Balls 'n' Green Noodle Bake
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground round
- 1 1/2 cups soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cans condensed beef bouillon
- 1 cup milk
- 2 oz Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 6 oz green noodles
Directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground round, bread crumbs, onion, tomato sauce,
1 tsp salt and the pepper, using a fork.
- 3. Form meat mixture into 24 small balls. Melt 2 tbsp butter in a heavy skillet. Brown meat balls on
all sides. Remove from skillet.
- 4. Add remaining butter to skillet. Blend in flour.
- 5. Stir in beef bouillon and milk. Cook until thick and bubbling.
- 6. Add 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, tomato paste, garlic, and remaining salt. Mix well.
- 7. While sauce is cooking, cook noodles according to directions on package.
- 8. In a casserole dish, layer noodles, meatballs, noodles, meat balls, and top with noodles. Pour
sauce over all and bake 20 minutes.
Super Easy Hamburger, Cheese, and Noodle Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. ground hamburger
- 1/2 cup onion
- 1 can Campbell's Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 can Campbell's tomato soup
- Grated cheddar cheese
- 1 bag egg noodles
Directions
- 1. In a large skillet cook hamburger and onions. Drain.
- 2. Return meat to pan. Mix in both cans of soup.
- 3. Boil egg noodles according to package instructions. Drin.
- 4. Mix hamburger in with noodles.
- 5. Place in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
- 6. Sprinkle cheese on top.
- 7. Bake at 350 degrees F until cheese is melted.
